UVB-76 is sick ?

The "buzzer"  is a normal Russian military station. Nothing mysterious about it.
but the last days 4625 kHz its changing pitch ,even voices are being heard again,our guess there the doctors working on him.
now the tone has changed to,errm the Flute

there are some conversations that this is like taking the manliness from the buzzer  ;D
