I had assumed this was a political or societal commentary, but based on other posts from those who could copy a few more details, I now wonder if this was more cryptozoology oriented, and maybe a transmission of a documentary or radio program, along these lines:

03:10 Male speaker. Told a story about teenagers waking home from a concert and encountering a man on the road wearing a fur coat. Could not get the point of the story. Has mentioned Nashville, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

03:16 He is 10 feet from the tree. Now two male speakers in conversation.

03:22 Spoke of his father, mother, grandmother and his sister who lives in [not discernable]. Also mentioned the bayou.
