01:50 UTC - Weak signal and fading in / out into my location;
02:39 UTC - Going into a deep fade period. Lost the signal.

Signal got above the noise floor about 0140.  Hearing "Make the World Go Away" right now. I'd give it an S7 in western New York.  Noise. Fading.
