0211 Om speaking slowly and deliberately in a low-pitched voice.  Somewhat muffled and hard to understand.
0213 unid song; signal is slipping now
0224 Poss partial ID by OM as the "Voice of ..."; very hard to understand
0225 unid sx
0231 unid C&W tunage
0234 off w/o further ID
