There are two stations on this frequency
18.19 on the SDR in Lorain County, Ohio "Borne To Be Wild"
18.19 on the SDR in Vermont "We All Shine On" later "WBOW" ID

I heard a WBOG ID at the end of the show at 1903 UTC, so it is likely that you heard that also after "Instant Karma" by John Lennon. That song was on the countdown! I did not hear another station on the frequency

I listened several times to this recording and there are clearly 2 stations on at once! I am certain the opening ID mentions 1380 AM with the call letters WDLW. 6900 is the 5th harmonic of 1380! There was also a mention of Lorain County in one of the ads, so this is likely WDLW located in Lorain County Ohio. Very interesting and good ears on that one Bali_Frank!
