Not an easy copy, but I can discern the voice numbers. SINPO 15222..... maybe? It is right above the noise floor, along with floating near my current local estimated MUF.

Still airing on this frequency as of 2333 UTC. Historically they would have ceased just before 2300 UTC regardless of frequency (though also historically they air at either 10715 or 17480 kHz for the 2200 UTC hour).
