VHF Airplane Scatter

I am not really into VHF and above other than local stuff, but I noted an interesting discussion at QRZ on the effect of nearby airplanes on 2m comms.

Which in turn led me to wiki.

Might be a consideration for regional VHF DX opportunities, especially if located near a busy airport or popular route. Correlate against FlightRadar24 or your own ADS-B receiver setup.

If you monitor empty FM channels (is there really such a thing anymore :P ) you will hear this quite a bit.

This is another reason that I miss analog TV, the plane scatter DX from VHF Low and High. Signals will fluctuate too much for DT lock. But, I've done 6M regional DX from bouncing off 747's and those huge military cargo planes. At times, that's the only way that I can hear deep, in valley 2M ops on simplex is plane scatter.
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.
