Hearing what sounds like this station is identifying as, "Radiogenix" on 6950. Weak but fairly audible in NC.

1536 S5, music just coming over the background noise.  Kind of a pop rock type thing.
1548 Still very weak OM singing with guitar background.
1551 ID.  Definitely sounded to me like "This is Radio Gen X"
1604 "You Spin Me Round (Like A Record Baby)" by Dead or Alive.

1951 UTC After listening on and off to the carrier throughout the day, I have some audio now! Sounds like ambient bells or maybe a xylophone/vibraphone tune, but inconclusive with the low modulation. Still, tough copy with the static crashes here. Will keep at it.....
2102 UTC Another fade-up here....OM vocals
2104 UTC Shazam hits on it twice as the following:

That translates to "Vampires"-Twin Pix from Russian
