UNID 6970 lsb, Music with pescadores

0020Z I've been hearing Latin American music on 6970 lsb coming in at fair strength along with what sounds like pescadores speaking , possibly, Portuguese. No idea who is sending the music but thought it deserved mention. Receiving this about S3 on the west coast.
