0202z - Noticed a carrier at 6950 while listening to TCS Relay.
0206z - Can't ID the song, but sounds like something I've heard RTN play.
0214z - Radio True North ID - Weak, fading signal, but caught the ID.

SDR catch, 0202z sign on. Fair signal, static and a het from around 6948 kHz, although tweaking of the passband and sync SM mode took care of the latter.

The seasons must be changing, as RTN previously did not come in this early.
