Spanish language content at 0252z. Peaking over S9 at times, but it is not a great copy due to comparatively low and narrow modulation.

I suspect it is Radio San Antonio from Peru as it sounds like religious content, though I suppose there is a chance it could be La Montana Colombia. Both are reported as 1KW non-directional stations.

03:16 UTC - I can hear the station in the background fading in and out. The EiBi database sais this is "Voice of Strait" 22:30 to 04:00 UTC. The Short-Wave Frequency Database has it listed as Radio San Antonio, TX site: Villa Atalaya Peru.

I used short-wave.info for the ID. ;)

The Columbian station on the frequency appears to have a 24/7 format, but I do not know its content format.

Radio San Antonio is apparently a religious broadcaster. I do not speak Spanish, but the station I monitored seemed to have that type of vibe IMO.
