For the first time in years, I am getting UK CB channels (FM mode) on their band. Weak, but some audio. Also faint SSTV on 27700 USB.

Heard it as well, flux was 94, think it is the first F2 I have heard this cycle on 11.

I see that nothing has changed on that segment of the band in my 45+ years of being on-air.
