Been hearing unid music since 1240.  Very weak at the noise, deep fades.
1244 Almost positive I heard a Rave On Radio ID, then more music.
Possibly off around 1247?  No.  Definite Rave On Radio ID at 1251.
Per QSL, ROR went off at 1303

Thanks ROR!

I hear the Cure at 1249 UTC with "Friday I'm in Love".  Very weak signal in NY, but noise levels are equally low at the moment.
