Is relay : Kracht tour FM on 96.5 Mhz FM // 3940 AM near Zwolle NL

Note: seperate from this site: soon new (international)  app for dx-ers for  low power broadcasters / pirate report  available (only HF /shortwave)  please follow this board. Nice for exchanging  sdr pictures, video and  live chat with operaters!.
