This was in a sleeper room aboard Amtrak's Capitol Limited at 1307 utc today (Aug 3) near Pennsylvania/Maryland border before Cumberland, MD.  If you enlarge video, you can see frequency and time on the PL 880.  This is the classical music program "Encore!" by Radio Tumbril relayed by WRMI on 15770 accompanied by the requisite beverage.  (Turn sound up on video)

That's so cool. You can mix wireless with railroading. Very interesting.
Last time I was on Amtrak (10 yr ago, Chicago to LA), I tracked
where we were, "Justin Case" the engineer got lost :), but didn't
think to do any listening other than on the RR FM freqs.

Thanks for the post.

My pleasure to post.  It was really a joy to be able to try and then receive.  I picked up some MW's including a broadcaster of the Tri-City Dust Devils, a morning auction in North Dakota, a Calgery Alberta news station, and a station on the West Virginia News Service to name a handful.  My 880 has been a solid work horse and good traveler.

I sent the video clips to the program originator in Scotland.  He was besides himself with thanks and joy.

Very nice. I did that too before when riding the viewliner roomette. Suction cupped the Sony AN-LP1 on the window and listened to Radio Australia along the way.
