Tuned in at 0040 on Barrington Hills IL sdr, fair S7 to S9 signal, hear Bee Gees disco tune "stayin' alive",
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Hallo Radio Genix crew ,

I have much pleasure in informing you that I heard (for the first time) your station on short wave and I hope you will be intere¬sted in the following recepti¬on report

•   TO:  Radio Genix
•   DATE: September 05, 2021
•   TIME: between 00.35 – 00.01 UTC
•   FREQUENCY: 6950 kHz USB
•   Quality of reception in SINPO-code:
             Signal strength: 2
             Interference: 5
             Noise: 2 to 3
             Propagation disturbance: 3
Overall merit:  2 to 3 (good audio!)
•   MY RECEIVER:  Perseus SDR
•   ANTENNA: Dipole 22.8 metres long, 10 metres high
•   PROGRAMME DETAILS AND REMARKS:
At 00.39: The Bee Gees: “Stayin alive”.
I heard an identification at 00.47.
At 00.48 I think heard the song “Jump Around” by House of Pain.
At 00.50 Rem: “Losing my religion”
At 00.57 Your program brought Slade with “Come on feel the noise”.
After 01.05 the reception of Radio Genix was less.

On https://app.box.com/s/tx8xorjcqznn6k1y2z9gpym0gomllaah  You can find a short mp3 audio file of 3 minutes . It’s a recording with the identification I heard at 00.47 UTC.
It has an impression of how the reception was here!

If this report is found to be correct, I would appreciate it very much if you will send me a verification (E-QSL), letter or  a simple e-mail that it really was your station I heard on this time and frequency.
I hope to tune in to your station next time again with a nice programme.
Thanking you in advance for your reply!

73 from Belgium,

Hugo Matten
