2204 OM speaking, tough copy with the static and somewhat low signal level.

Translation: pirate radio

2244 Still going, with someone else QRMing them, the same op likely who was QRMing 6975 AM earlier, based on the signal.

S-8 on the VEE  in central illinois , noisy but copyable  22:16;00

SSTV ID  22:26:00  seems to be in russian  or some cyrillic language , i can tell the second word is radio

Tuned in to "I got to go win a tourney (?). Be safe out there" then a song and now SSTV. Off after the SSTV

The SSTV seems to translate from Russian to "Pirate Radio"
