edit : Merlin was raided this morning, while Paul Watt was not even at home,
and a lot of equipment has disappeared, even his personal computer.

Just seen on FB that Merlin were raided yesterday.

  To be honest, it surprised me that Merlin was not raided sooner by Ofcom.  Since the Covid pandemic, from March 2020, Merlin has been broadcasting almost 24/7 on the same frequency, and to be honest, from a site presumed to already be known by Ofcom and the police. Those factors do make an eventual raid more likely and much less expensive to organise successfully by Ofcom.

Predictability is a liability. If they know when you will be on, it makes their job a lot easier.

all charges against radio merlin have been dropped. Merlin will return next summer having a rest
