They did ID, but I cannot understand them.

UnId, 6925 USB, 0159, 10.28.12.  Hard rock, backwards talk (maybe ID), more music (maybe backwards also ... hard to tell), screams, 0210 distorted talk, hard rock again, 0214 distorted talk w/ "? Radio", 0214 SSTV signal, 0218 off.

No SSTV decoder available here.

Good signal.

Tuned in at 0210 to some heavy rock.  A second song at 0211.
