2149 Sign on per SDR recording.
2215 Just tuned in, SIO 444.
2220 Synthesized voice ID, could not decipher all of it
2235 More IDs, could not decipher the middle word, off. - actually a QSY to 6935.

Yes, three IDs at end sounded like something like "Radio Northsea International..."
Perhaps the station op will grant our requests for an eQSL via HFU

0029 UTC - Signal is S9 in WNY with fade, switched freq. to 6935 kHz, I think the ID is Radio Irrational International, not sure.
