Heard this dude from WRMI, 5.950 @ 0330gmt. (last night). Talk about scary  >:( BORING >:( WE'RE ALL GONNA BURN IN HELL...yeah right! Signal faded in & out... who is this guy?

Not sure which day you are referencing, but if its Sept 25th at 0330 UTC (Sept 24th at 2330 EDT), according to the WRMI A21 schedule, it would've been Classic Redneck Radio, which I haven't heard before. The Overcomer Ministry is after that and what you describe would be consistent with that program.
