Decent copy of this not-everyday catch. Clear time pips at 1 second intervals with longer dash on the minute, followed by rapid pips (I believe the rate is 10 per second) beginning at 1520, confirming that this is RWM. It's just past sunset at Moscow. Nothing on 9996 kHz but I tend to get that better between 0200 and 0500 UTC when propagation favors it. So far I've never copied RWM on 4996 kHz.
