UNID SSTV 1700UTC 10-31-12

Someone sending SSTV here at around 1700, Sounded off frequency from 6925U. Did not trigger SSTV scan on either of two machines here.

I think that was one of the Hurricane Sandy SSTV images...I received 3 sometime around 1000-1100 UTC and three more around 1600-1700 UTC. Sometime in there was a "Happy Halloween from Radio GaGa" pic and possibly another one or so, but I'm not sure if some of the really broken-up ones were repeats of the Hurricane Sandy images or something else. One looked like it said "2011" in large characters near the bottom
