Voice repeating "I will kill you" several times and with effects on 6925 USB at 0029 UTC and then into creepy music.

Something resembling an ID at 0041 UTC but way too much effect and reverb to pull it out. Radio <something> I believe.

Rev. Johnny Moses is broke ad, clear Radio Dead Man IDs, Butthole Surfers "American Woman." Excellent sig here. This is an old show from about 1985-86. Old Johnson City, NY, mailing address, Circle Jerks "Killing for Jesus," many reverb IDs.

BTW, the Johnson City maildrop has been closed for approx. 25 years. Too bad this one doesn't QSL anymore!

I got them here in Iowa at about an S5 to S6. Comedy skits from the Church of the Blind, Deef, and Dumb, as well as music from the Butthole Surfers. SIO 333.
