Tuned in at 2008 to find straight music, high band noise.  Best at Ireland SDR
Off for a few minutes then back as of 2057 UTC
At 2059 male with "Radiostansiya......" etc
Best low noise site is at Faulda Germany
As noted by someone, ID sounded like "Gromel" or "Gromen"

I heard an ID in Russian/Slavic language between songs at ~2045: "Радио станция ..." ("Radio stantsiya...") but missed the actual name. Mixture of pop and quasi-metal music.

Listening on an SDR in northern Germany. Audio is 5 KHz wide.

ID and talk between songs at 2059 UTC here: https://voca.ro/12NGhU5n5XAC

And at 2105 (started the recording late so missed the ID): https://voca.ro/1oxWPjM3pXob (ending in "paka", which is usually translated as "bye" in English)

The operator names the third ham radio area. It`is the central part of Russia (Moscow and the surrounding area).

Recorded phrase "район передачи" (transmission area) it is ambiguous.
Such a term is not used by amateurs but by BCS broadcasters.
It represents the transmission destination area, which does not exclude the area from which the transmission is made.
I know this from the freebanders and HAMs of this area. The signal was too good for the Moscow region.
The operator says "towariszcz eszczo rabotaet no ego ne słyszno", and it is likely that his colleague is transmitting from  the third area.
The legal aspect is also important - I am convinced that from the territory of Russia, no "free" station, even favorable to the authorities, will dare to broadcast.

  Thanks Michman for the recording!
I caught his last words about 2022 " na pryiome paka" which surprised me a lot. He was saying it to his friend.
Now I understand what happened and the reason why the transmission was interrupted.
I also noticed the end of the work before the words "ja budu wykljuczatsja", he said "the voltage dropped to 12 V".
This would indicate that he had a battery powered transmitter - strange!

I listened to the broadcast and the field of the received message, I thought that the broadcast was over. So he went on the air for a couple of minutes more.
