SINPO 24222 weak signal with fading into the noise

1444 hear DJ voice but no clear copy
1446 move carrier to 6927 khz same DJ voice
1448 jingle and info  about free radio website
1449 Hold Tight - Dave Dee Dozy Beaky Mick And Titch

1452, I can see the carrier on the SDR in Kiel, but I'm not getting audio at the moment.
