2228 UTC - sounded like two SSTVs
2231- Into audio... could be a KIPM show? Guess not...
2233- "I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in", oh YEAH!!!!
2236- Voiceover John Mellencamp's "Ain't that America"- mention about housing bubble, money in Cayman's... political topics via short quotes/comments

SSTV at 2226, 2228; I was not able to capture either as they kept resetting each time the power pole across the street flashed over (FD and Com Ed now here) ;D

Pretty sure that the first at least was the Insane Radio SSTV I posted yesterday.  Actually, the 2nd did come thru at 2228, Scottie 1



Also SSTV at 2252, 2254, both the same as the 2228 image

6925AM @ 2249UTC.  SINPO = 22122 in SE Wisconsin.  Off at 2253UTC followed by lots of tones and bleeps, etc. for about five minutes.
