CW "L" on 5155 Khz

Have a little fun station on 5155 Khz. It sends CW "L" mixed with some form of data that begins with a "boooinnng". Data is not FSK but something else. Broadcast sessions are short.

Sounds like a mix of "K" es "M" with either one fading up and down at this hour, RST 459; Cluster letter beacons the so called ENIGMA naming scheme "MX"et al
