Heard music just over the noise couldnt make out any songs or an id
s6 or so just over my noise level
caught an sstv but its not very good either

I had it too, with an S9 signal in AM before the switch to SSTV. Played a mashup of weird music until 0217 UTC (11/23). The SSTV image posted above looks like previous Insane Radio SSTV caps.

SSTV not much better, but readable.  Then into ID and the bottom dropped out of the signal.

Two SSTV transmissions (Scottie 1 mode) at 0149z, that were very weak and looked like extremely fuzzy versions of what has been posted here.
