    Sorry, Ray and everyone for confusion. I just got home.
The UTC server time shows that I entered the local time from the computer instead of from the Console radio control window.
 At 1442 UTC on 6290, Radio Batavia was broadcasting, not Panda.
I made a mistake in the Panda Radio thread instead of R. Batavia, although I was a little surprised that they were still on this channel for so long since 1231 UTC.
  Attach me to the R.Batavia thread or delete the post.

First, your details are in UTC+1
Second, this would be a second transmission from Panda, hours later;
Third, there was Batavia on 6290 not far before your post;
Please help to find what happened really.  Thanks

Late edit : I'm going to merge this corrected report from kris and my remarks
to the R Batavia topic,
although there is no Batavia ID so late, and R Fox 48 was reported on 6290 at 1445.
(I also heard music on 6290 at 1445, without ID)
