1600 UTC - Weak signal in WNY,  music is in and out of the noise.
1645 UTC - Hearing jazz music now, audio is out of the noise.

I am hearing jazzy piano music at 1605, now back to AM. I suspect this is a different station.

There was an ID at 1615, but I didn't catch it. Maybe when I listen to the recording.

Still going at 1650; signal has improved a bit. Also seems to be drifting a bit.
