1058 ID as Monique (jingle), Radio Monique (live), weather report, 1100 time pips, jingle ID
so that's a relay of MW Radio Monique (not Int.)

Correct, same program as MW 918 kHz. I've sent Monique a reception report, so maybe they give more information.
