I'm guessing it was Coxie you heard and the key click is actually due to the fact it is solar powered and the battery is dead or removed.

I did check and the freq. difference is what made me ask in forum

That beacon also drifts a lot as the sun gets higher in the sky. I've seen it go from 2095.6 to 2096.1 in the morning.

I heard it this morning, on 4095.2 on the KFS SDR, at 0915 PDT (1615z). 3 seconds on and 3 seconds off. Good signal, but gone the next time I checked, 20 minutes later. No key clicks.
