Most nights I will doze (and awaken and doze again) to the broadcast of the BBC World Service's overnight programming by a local FM NPR station (in this instance, WCPN 90.3 Cleveland).  While half asleep early today (0730 UTC, 29 NOV 2021), the BBC World Service went to a looped tape mentioning technical problems.  The tape was played over a wide variety of instrumental world music.  Nick Robinson returned just before 0800 UTC to explain that an emergency alarm went off and they had left the building.  Several other BBC channels must have went off the air per the article.

Cleveland is a long way from Connecticut.  :)
I don't STRETCH the truth.

Every minute Charlie squats in the bush, his signal gets stronger."
