2143 UTC Hearing music at good level amidst strong ute QRM here directly
2146 UTC OM DJ chat( English?, into more music)
(Doesn't sound like Echo of Hope, but the ute may be jamming meant for them?)

If this is an Echo of Hope/VOH music program, it is new to me....
Here is a link to a 10 minute recording of the station from 2143ish to 2153ish UTC. The OM DJ is about 2-3 minutes into the recording. If this can be ID'd as Echo of Hope, I will move it to Clandestine.

Edit: I fixed the google drive link and changed it from 3 to 10 minutes. No matter how many times I listen, I can't ID the language. I was under the impression that Echo of Hope was all news, information, and propaganda. The music program sounded modern.....feel free to move this Ray.....thanks for bringing my attention to my usual careless posting mistakes  :)

Your recording is not 3 min long, not 1h0" long, but 10 minutes. I stopped listening at 4 min, it was very ear-tiring. About the announcement at 3 min, I cannot tell whatsoever, not even if it's in English or what.

That frequency (6348 ) is a hell of radio war in Asia, heard every evening here in Europe, and I never stop there! except just now, but the carrier is OFF at 2300 now, and the jamming goes on.

If ever a European pirate  choosed to transmit on 6348, it would be in order to NOT being heard by anyone, maybe even not heard by the Big Ears of the authorities.

edit : the jamming seems gone too, just ordinary noise now

After listening back from 2:41-2:53 and 6:57-7:18 on the recording, I am still on the fence if the OM was speaking in English. Checking on the internet, it seems that Echo of Hope does indeed have programs partially in English as well as music programs. I'm moving this to Clandestine...

Echo of Hope - VOH, has several programs in both English and Korean. This week's frequencies (started Monday, Nov 29):
3980 // 4885 // 5990 // 6250 // 6348 // 9100  kHz. My audio posted at -  http://bit.ly/3oga5LI - which was recorded Nov 29, at
0855 UT, with the EBS (Educational Broadcasting System - https://global.ebs.co.kr/global/main/index ) produced English
news and also in Korean; fairly readable. VOH runs a four hour program loop (programs repeated every four hours).
