Radio Pushka 6920 AM 0105 UTC 4 Dec 2021
« on: December 04, 2021, 0108 UTC »
0105 UTC I've been parked on the frequency since 0000 UTC.....fairly solid carrier with tentative bits and pieces of audio at 0105 UTC for only a few seconds. I'll hang in for awhile in hopes of some solid audio
0109 UTC Another fade up to threshold, but no clue on even the genre of music
0110 UTC Very weak music in the noise....the drumming was solid for a bit...signal picked up enough to ID as a rock tune? Deep fade into the noise by 0115 UTC.

Here's a link to my recording from 0108-0113 UTC...threshold audio first noted around the 1 minute mark, and again around the 2-1/2 minute mark. This is the best I've had yet!

1:12 Павел Пламенев - Русский не побеждён
3:17 couldn't ID
Thank you for helping me.
Well, looks like the vertical gets out a little better than the dipole. Today I was running the vertical and It is reaching you better. I guess its now a matter of gain and power.

0833 UTC Very quiet band this early morning and I have clear audio....sounds like ambient techno for lack of a better description! Music is fading in and out of the low noise floor. This is now my best reception!
0837 UTC Sounds like hip hop/rap music now
0842 UTC Short fade up then back into the noise
0848 UTC Sounds like an easy listening pop ballad now
0853 UTC Signal faded out again

Thanks for your reply to my last night's posting! Here is a link to my recording from 0833-0853 UTC...the band was very quiet and if I still had the use of Shazam, then I would have been able to ID some of the music played. I also noticed at peaks, the audio was excellent! I would love a Radio Pushka eQSL, but I understand you are preparing for your midterms and are quite busy! Thanks for the broadcasts as they are appreciated!

1244 UTC Believe I heard an OM say something, then into a thumping dance version of "Hit The Road Jack"  8)
