1630 UTC, Nov 30, 2012.

Have what appears to be a dasher beacon on 7949.98 kHz.  Dashes are about 1 sec long and 15 seconds apart.  About S3 here on the peaks, but average is between S1 and S2.  Most dahses are copiable, although some fade to just in the noise.

7950 khz zero beat  Timing about 7.5 seconds between dashes.

Been listen to this for about an hour now.  Could this possibly be the same one ?  S7 or so for signal, little fading.

I have it as well, pretty sure this is the ditter network, as I am also observing it on other frequencies, and not what Token logged back in 2012.

Many logs of this in Other https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/board,5.0.html
