Jerky Fans? Any Good Recipes?

Been a while since I've done a batch and I just dragged out the dehydrator. Gotta be some fellow jerky fans in here, yeah? Got a go-to recipe?

I just bought a 6 oz bag yesterday, that was suppose to last me all week. I have no self discipline when it comes to Beef jerky. I constantly tell myself, just one more piece and then I'm done. the same with chips & salsa. Good luck with your batch.

Same here. It's funny, we've got a big deli slicer, vacuum sealer, and even those little desiccant packs (Do Not Eat!), and it never makes it to the packaging stage.
