Rebroadcast of news coverage of the 08 December 1941 joint session of Congress.  Good signal (S4+) and audio but faded to noise at 2110Z

2105 Recording of broadcast of Joint Session of Congress, Dec. 8, 1941 - S9 signal - very clear
2116 FDR addressing Congress with "..day that will live in infamy..." speech - signal not as strong, with fading
