Very strong here at 03:55 UTC, I know steganography is hiding a message within a message but I am not much of a puzzle guy. Anyone know how to decode it? This is what I copied this time for the "encoded" message:

EGQCN TNBQO EDHHW TFWLH JPZFZ NHGWL JLHKC CIJKL

I certainly could have miss copied one in there somewhere. Numbers station here in the "pirate" broadcast band, hopefully not a spy  ;D

KPZL still going strong at 21:15 UTC (14:15 local) mid day. S7-S9 on two different long wires and a vertical on two Airspy SDRs and the Icom IC-R8500. Very strong, bright signal in the waterfalls. I can hear it on my Grundig YB-400 portable with only the telescopic antenna. Quite a solid signal! Similar strength signals on 40 meter CW. Very interesting propagation for this frequency range in the middle of the day.

I hear it as QRM to screaming man radio on 6930am,
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Nice and strong into Masset, BC off the NW coast of BC.  Slow CW.  Does anyone know whether Puzzle Radio QSLs?   Trying various CW Decoders to see which works the best here!
