Schedule shows WINB, but no idea what data format this is (if there is data in this mess!).  Pretty constant S4 signal.  Not a (local) noise signal as I was also able to monitor it from one of the MD kiwis......

0102Z update:  hearing some roughly modulated audio now on the kiwi, and audio is improving. Those LSB spikes are gone from the kiwi now but i'm still getting them at my location.

I moved this post to the Shortwave Broadcast forum because this is a regular SW broadcast.

At various time WINB (and WRMI also) transmits Shortwave Radiogram.  These are transmissions in various digital modes, such as MFSK32 aand MFSK 64.  That is what you have in that image, and WINB was active 0030 to 0100 UTC with that program.  At 0100 they went to Overcomer Ministries and regular voice transmission.

No they are not encrypted and are a lot of fun and easy to decode. News stories with images. Have fun!
