That's Clear Talk Radio again.  They just tuned back down to 6895, then up to 6899, now back up to 6900.

At 0304z there were a long deep fade or perhaps the station was turned off or got into a technical problem.  Could hear before YL ID 'this is Clear Talk Radio'
