Kris, I heard the same station at about the same time on January 26th.  Rather rare for me to hear Brazil.

11780 @ 2245 UTC with Brazilian heavily produced choral music with YL/YM duet.    OM solo @ 22:47.   Pretty common winter catch here in Southern Wisconsin, day or night.

SINPO:  3-3-2-4-3. while surfing the leading edge of the Gray Line.
