2130 - S-7, SIO 444, w/ "Roses" by The Chainsmokers, sounding good here.
2132 - Shout out to HFU listeners. Nice!
2136 - "Request lines are open" Very cool!

How about Devo's "Takes A Worried Man"..?
2141 - Excellent! Thanks!

2145 - "Sunday Morning Jet Pack" Big Sean. S-5, 444. Great signal.
I know you just played them but how 'bout Beastie Boys "Root Down", or "Three MCs and One DJ"?
Get those requests in, people!

2155 - "Root Down" Beasties Boys, niiiice.
2159 - The Shins "New Slang", still sounding great here.
2203 - Hell yeah, Beasties. "Three MCs and One DJ"
2206 - Bat Boone doing "Enter Sandman"?! Nice!  ;D
2211 - YL "Request lines are open", into "Better Off Dead" by Elton John.

Request: Madness' One Step Beyond?

2224 - ID by YL but didn't quite catch. "This is (something) Radio." Clever Name?!? That you?
2228 - "One Step Beyond" by Madness. w/ what sounds like an old political speech mixed in. Kinda works  ;D
Who knew Frank was a Madness fan?!

2239 - Looks (waterfall) like an AM signal mixed in there as well. Not sure what's happening.
FDR was on another station the other night, wasn't he? I think the music resumed when he was done.

2243 -  ;D WFDR ID!? Frank says' "Keep on truckin'" Nice.

Damn, missed the end. It's fish & chip nite.

Thanks for the show and esp. the request plays!

Tuned in at 2131utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr, weak S5 signal at S5 noise level, heard music then at 2132 heard woman giving ID but I couldn't understand it, then what sounds like rap music, at 2234 sounds like a speech by FDR, signal now up to S7, at 2235 blues-rock playing over FDR possibly two stations on at same time on same freq,

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

« Reply #6 on: February 04, 2022, 2146 UTC »
on 6920 USB   direct in Europe
2144 music, W voice twice, next music, 2148 W voice : request lines open
From power across the pond, I would tell : Clever Name Radio
2150 music
2158 'lines are open' twice, music
2224 ID (or not ID?) as Clever Name Radio, then a blank or end ?

2228 M voice, then Madness "One step beyond" with reverb.
2235 mix of music and talking, 2240 talking only (bad audio)

I got it here with a fair/good signal.  Just missed an ID, I think.  Female announcer said request lines open.  Thanks for show
2150, song I know Video Games.
Checking past post on Clever Name Radio, gives  same music artists and some songs.  The same frequency has been used in past.  The YL doing "request lines (are) open" is also noted.  My vote is Clever Name Radio.
