0422 - Electronic music very distorted
0428 - off or pause

S9+10 on my SDR recording.  Off and on several times between 0424 - 0428 UTC.  Despite the strong signal, I couldn't tune it in, highly distorted as Big Badfish Al mentioned.

Same here on my SDR recording.

I noticed this same signal a few nights ago, also on 1747 I think.
