I tuned in at 22:00 utc to a S5-S6 carrier with faint modulation on

by 22:30 utc some S6-S7 for short periods.
Can hear bells with the Music.

Can hear speech at 22:37-22:39 utc but can't
make out what they are saying.

Back to music at 22:40 utc, something w/ vocals and a beat??

The signal seems to be slowly improving here. More S7 peaks now.

22:44 utc  Rap Music?
22:50 utc  now S7-rare S9 - much better modulation - is this still Family Radio?
Signal was just getting good enough to start tapping my toes then - off the air at 22:59 utc

I had this too, though I never got an ID.  The bell carillon music was giving me shivers!  I kept expecting to hear another song entirely... but nope, all holiday-related.  SIO 434 into Wisconsin.
