I have that programmed as a recurring annual recording in HDSDR just to make sure I don't miss it. Usually it rings in even to the west because the beam is directed to North America. I plan on listening to a couple of past recordings because I've heard that they have been rerunning the same program for several years. I don't speak German let alone Frisian so it's hard to tell, but I think that one can tell if they listen to old and current broadcasts back to back.
