S7 SINPO 44444, no fading.
Sounds like some Pacific language using Google translator.

You copied this at 1430? RFA (or the CNR1 jammer) aren't scheduled for that time and frequency, but CMI Voice of Wilderness is. Did you hear RFA ID or anything else to confirm the station?

BTW I checked out that site you have showing for schedules. They haven't updated it since 2016. I suggest using short-wave.info or eibispace.de instead.

Dengê Welat has been on 11540 kHz. for a while now, with jamming on 11530 kHz.

14:44. Song with female vocals
14:49. Same song droning on
14:59. QRT

S1-3 with spikes to S5 with minor QRN.   Pretty solid signal this morning with minimal fading. 
Short-wave.info.com shows transmitter as Moldova but both EIBI  and Skywave show Emirier.

this station, including frequency change to 11540."
