That's what I was thinking. Doesn't sound like Russian or Ukrainian to me.

On this one, you hear the same two guys chatting (with background noise that sounds like boat engines) and soon after you can hear another station interrupt in a Slavic language calling other stations (with number callsigns and ending in "priyom", which is is like saying "over to you"). 2108 - someone is playing music with a conversation in the background.

2226 - for the last hour or so, there have been lots of contact attempts, especially calls to "Topaz xx", where xx is a two-digit number, but with apparently no success.
