So, there is a pretty new (week old) transmission of the BBC in English on 5875 between 2000-2200 utc, the broadcast time and "off" from posts above seem to correlate to this transmission.  However, I have had little luck in receiving the 5875 broadcast, maybe a relay to assist reception in North America.  The new morning program (East Coast USA 1400-1600 utc) on 15735 is received superbly.
